Annual Meeting

For current members. Please mark your calendars for our 2026 Annual Meeting, which will be held on Sunday, January 25, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This meeting is an important opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the past year, and help shape the direction of the club in the year ahead.
During the meeting, we will review the previous year’s activities and financials and hold a vote to confirm board members for 2026. Brunch and lunch items will be provided (this is not a potluck), including coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, so members can relax and enjoy the morning together.
