We offer affordable wedding packages in a unique, rustic setting just outside of Los Angeles and Pasadena in scenic Sierra Madre, CA. If you want a low key wedding in a beautiful, historic, and natural space we have just the space for you.
Silver Package
Description: Perfect for very small, intimate ceremonies during the week that have minimum decoration and set up. Great for commitment ceremonies, celebrations of love, vowel renewals etc.
Usage time: 5 hours on one day. Cannot be booked on a Saturday more than three months in advance of the event date. No additional set up/clean up time permitted.
Size: 20 people max. No additional guests.
Amenities Included: Access to the lower level of the Clubhouse only including kitchen, indoor dining area, outdoor dining area, and bar. No use of dance floor, sound system, dorm area or fire pit area.

Gold Package
Description: Great for a small/midsize wedding that requires minimum setup. And, there’s plenty of room for guests to party and mingle.
Usage time: Checkin Saturday at 9AM, checkout by Sunday 12PM. Kitchen usage, Saturday only.
Size: Covers 75 guests. Each additional guest is $20 per person.
Amenities:
- Upper and lower levels of clubhouse including outdoor dining area, indoor dining area, kitchen, bar, dance floor, stage, and fire pit lounge area.
- Access to premium ambient lighting and dance floor’s premium sound system.
- Use of all parking areas on Saturday (approximately 20 cars).

Platinum Package
Best value, lower stress, maximum memories
Description: Perfect for those who want to spend private time with their loved ones in a beautiful setting before and after the wedding. Includes ample set up and clean up time, as well as private overnight accommodations in our rustic dormitory.
Usage time: Setup starts Friday at noon. Checkout Sunday at 2pm. Kitchen/bar usage Fri, Sat, Sun.
Size: Covers 120 guests. Each additional guest $20 per person.
Amenities:
- Access to full clubhouse building property including kitchen/bar, dance floor, stage, fire pit area.
- Friday rehearsal dinner, and Sunday Brunch privileges (limit 15 people for each).
- Full dorm rental on Saturday (all day use with overnight stay privileges)
- Early check in, 9am Friday.
- Late checkout, 4pm Sunday.
- Use of all parking areas on Saturday (approximately 20 cars).
- Access to premium ambient lighting and premium dance floor sound system.

Fine Print
*Wedding event must be canceled 90 days in advance of scheduled date for refund of booking fee. Event may be postponed and booking fee transferred to another date only once. New event date must be chosen within 30 days of notice of postponement, and must be no later than 6 months after original wedding event date.
